Every person at some point in his or her life should take on the challenge of building a desktop personal computer. Not only is it fun, but you will receive a great sense of satisfaction when you see your custom computer build working flawlessly, at a price cheaper, and a speed quicker than a pre-built Dell, Gateway, HP, eMachines, and etc.

Many people are scared away initially because believe a custom built computer does not carry a manufacturer warranty that comes with a pre-built Dell, Gateway, HP, eMachines, and etc. What these people do not realize is that every component you buy comes with its own individual warranty. If a component in your custom computer build fails, you are actually much better off than having a component in a pre-built computer because you only need to send back that failed component in for RMA, as opposed to entire an entire pre-built machine.

There is also the aesthetic reason for building your own personal desktop computer. There are hundreds of different cases at any given time to select from, all with their own individual unique styles. Maybe you would like your case side panel to have a window with some cold cathodes inside of the case itself. Or maybe you would like something very simple looking, yet elegant and classy.

Here is the initial design of this website. Right now the database of parts is still being built which is why you may not find as many options as expected when going through the custom build process. This website's primary goal is just to be a small tech information website. But what's unique about this website is the custom build process. If anyone is interested in writing up articles, send me an email, which is found on the contacts page.
